About us
A family remodeling business from Chelsea
WS Construction and Remodeling is run by Wanderson Sarmento and his family. When you reach out, you talk to the people who do the work.
How we work
We have spent years remodeling homes across Greater Boston: bathrooms, floors, cabinets, full room renovations and the repairs that keep a house in good shape. Most of what we build is in older homes, from triple-deckers in Chelsea and Everett to single-family houses in Newton and Framingham, so we expect surprises behind the walls and plan for them.
We keep the business small on purpose. Wanderson is on the job, Andréia keeps the schedule and the communication moving, and you always know who to call. That is how we stay reliable and on time.
Every job starts the same way: a free visit with no visit fee, a clear written estimate and a straight answer about what the work involves. Every job ends the same way too: a clean home and a walkthrough with you.

Inside your home
We treat your home like our own
Most of our work happens where you live. That is why the way we work matters as much as the result.
- 01Protect firstFloors, furniture and doorways covered before any tool comes out.
- 02Organized every dayTools put away and debris removed so your home stays livable during the job.
- 03Spotless at the endWe finish with a real cleaning, not a quick sweep. It is one of our services.
