Cabinets set the look of a kitchen or bath, but they only work if they go in level, plumb and firmly anchored. Doors that drift, drawers that rub and gaps at the countertop usually come from rushed installation.

We install cabinets you buy from a store, a supplier or a cabinet maker. We can assemble flat-pack cabinets, remove the old ones, shim and scribe to fit uneven walls and floors, and finish with hardware, fillers and trim.

Countertop fabrication and full kitchen design are not part of this service. We focus on getting the cabinets in correctly so the countertop installer and the rest of the project start from a solid base. Wanderson runs the jobs himself, answers messages the same day and keeps the work area clean and organized while the kitchen is apart.

Cabinets in older Greater Boston kitchens

Kitchens in triple-deckers and older homes in Chelsea, Everett, Somerville and Dorchester often have plaster walls that bow and floors that slope. Store-bought cabinets assume straight walls. Getting them level here takes shimming, scribing and patience, and that is where a careful install shows.

Older plaster walls also need the right fasteners and solid framing behind them to carry heavy wall cabinets. We locate the framing and anchor into it, so cabinets stay put for years.

Frequently asked questions

Labor depends on the number of cabinets, assembly needs and wall conditions. As a rough market range, Greater Boston homeowners often pay about $100 to $300 per cabinet for installation, so a typical kitchen install commonly lands somewhere around $2,000 to $6,000 in labor, not counting the cabinets. Older walls can add time. Get a free estimate for your exact price.
Yes. We install cabinets from home improvement stores, online suppliers and local cabinet makers, including flat-pack cabinets that need assembly. We check every box when it arrives so missing or damaged pieces are caught before installation day, not halfway through the job.
Our focus is cabinet assembly and installation. We do not offer full kitchen design or countertop fabrication. If you already have a plan or a cabinet order, we install it level and secure so your countertop installer can measure and set the tops on a solid, flat base.
Many kitchen cabinet installs take one to three days, depending on the number of cabinets, whether they need assembly and how much the walls and floors need shimming. Removing old cabinets can add a day. We give you a realistic timeline in the estimate and keep you updated by message.
Yes. We install bathroom vanities, medicine cabinets, linen storage and laundry room cabinets. For a vanity, plumbing connections that require a licensed plumber are handled by one. Smaller jobs like a single vanity are welcome, and the estimate is free.
