Yes. We visit your home, look at the job, take measurements and give you a written estimate at no cost. There is no visit fee and no obligation to hire us.
We reply to calls and messages the same day, Monday to Saturday from 6am to 7pm. WhatsApp is usually the fastest way to reach us.
Yes. We work in English, Portuguese and Spanish, so you can explain your project in the language you are most comfortable with.
We are insured, and our workmanship is covered by our warranty. We explain exactly what is covered in your written estimate before any work starts.
We are based in Chelsea and work across Greater Boston, including Boston, Everett, Malden, Somerville, Cambridge, Quincy and Newton, plus Framingham, Worcester and parts of southern New Hampshire.
We accept Zelle or bank transfer, check and cash. Payment terms are written in your estimate before the job starts.
Most full bathroom remodels take a few weeks once work starts, depending on size, materials and what we find when we open the walls. Your written estimate includes a realistic timeline for your job.
You can choose your own finishes, or we can help you pick and source them. Either way, we confirm quantities and lead times before the job starts so nothing holds up the schedule.
Many remodeling jobs in Massachusetts need a building permit. We go over what your project needs during the estimate visit and explain how the permit process works in your city.
Yes. We often renovate units in multi-family homes and plan the work around move-out and move-in dates so the unit is ready on time.
Yes. Drywall, doors, trim, carpentry and other repairs are part of what we do, big or small.
Always. We clean as we go and finish with a real cleaning. We also offer post-construction cleaning as a separate service, including for work done by others.
